2 month check up

Miles had his 2 month checkup today. He weighed in at 11lbs8oz and is 23 inches long. Everything looked fine, but he left a bit teary eyed as he had to have FOUR shots (immunizations).

Miles goes to the park

On Saturday (Miles' 2 month bday) we took a stroll through Laurelhurst park. It was a nice day and the first time Miles was in his carrier facing out into the world. He was a little overwhelmed but we think he really liked it.

A hot day in Portland

We had record highs last week in Portland (96F). We battled to keep Miles cool and happy. It worked for some of the time.

farmer's market

This Saturday, Miles, Linda and I went to our local farmer's market. As you can tell by the pictures he was not too excited to go, but after we bundled him up and got him on his stroller...we were able to enjoy a nice morning.

Thursday May 26

This morning Miles and I walked to Safeway for a mocha. We saw Sam and Andy there, but Miles doesn't like to stand still so we couldn't chat long. We had to walk this morning because today will be too hot in the afternoon.
Last night was pretty good - sleeping at 8 pm after a long fussy nap-less afternoon. Then a "dream" feed at 11:00pm, awake at 3:30 AM and again at 7:00. After our walk he was very smiley (pictures to come) and had alot to say while we read the paper together.
